Okay, it’s not green per se. Not yet. But it’s visible beneath my toes!
Today brought seven miles over lunch, despite calves still tight from last night’s five. They loosened up around Mile 4, thankfully, but I’ll be spending the rest of the afternoon psyching myself up for a cold bath before we meet friends for tapas tonight so that I can manage tomorrow’s mileage safely.
